This set has never been built. The bags were carefully opened to remove the mini figures if the bags did not have mini figured those bags have not been opened. The ones that were opened were dumped into Ziploc bags numbered for ease of use. The instructions are included. All that is included is the instructions and the pieces for this set. It does not come with minifigures or the original box same day shipping is a guarantee and always willing to negotiate!
